Well! Even if the circumstances aren't normal, I'm always happy to meet new people! Especially nice ones. So you've had this application a while, though?

Yes, I've been part of this for three months, now. It hasn't been quite so obnoxious before, although March was... trying. Just talking to people isn't so bad though! I kind of like it, and the app is well-optimized enough for just that.

What happened in March?

March was... well. The network echoed our secrets out onto Retrospec, and in certain cases out into normal media. We were chased by reporters all over the city, the power went out, people's good names were slandered for weeks... It was exceedingly unpleasant. A few of my friends were really shaken up for a while.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Hopefully things don't get like that again...with the privacy invasions, I mean!

I'm certainly hoping not. Once was bad enough. It made us a tighter-knit community, I think, but it wasn't fun at all.

This is... bad, but in its own way that's somehow less dangerous?
